1 banana, frozen
1 cup spinach, frozen (stems and leaves can be used)
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you want to thin out the consistency of the smoothie add a bit more water or milk. Pour into a glass and garnish with an extra sprinkling of cinnamon.
