If you don't have a juicer, blend the carrots and ginger in 1/2 cup of water on high speed until blended, and then proceed with the remaining ingredients.
1/2 cup carrot juice (freshly juiced carrots)
1 inch piece of ginger, juiced with the carrots
1/2 banana, frozen
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
4 ice cubes
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add the carrot and ginger juice to the blender and add the ice cubes. Blend well. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. I blend my smoothies for a good 3-4 minutes to ensure a perfectly smooth consistency.
