1 large mango or 2 small mangoes, peel and seeds removed
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup water
5 ice cubes
1/2 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp turmeric
Garnish: hemp hearts & chia seeds
1) Place mango, almond milk, water and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
2) Add tahini, cinnamon and turmeric and blend for another minute.
Pour into a glass and top with hemp hearts, chia seeds and a sprinkle of cinnamon
