1 540ml can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sumac
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Sprinkle of salt
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2) In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, spices and salt.
3) Add chickpeas to the bowl and toss well to coat with spice mixture.
4) Pour onto a foil lined baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes, tossing chickpeas halfway through baking until the chickpeas are dried out.
