540ml can black beans, rinsed well and drained
2 vine tomatoes, roughly chopped
Handful cilantro, washed
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
1) Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with extra cilantro. Serve with corn chips, crackers, or raw veggies.
